She oversees day-to-day operations, business management, and design for all single-family homes, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional client experience. With a unique blend of design expertise and business acumen, Trinity guides clients through planning and selections to create detailed, thoughtful plans for every phase of construction. Originally from Missouri, she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and is passionate about helping clients build their dream homes.
Mac Pace - Construction Manager
Mac brings over two decades of experience in homebuilding and resdiential development to TL Hardin, where he oversees custom home builds to The TL Hardin Standard. He combines a communication-first approach with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects stay on schedule and exceed expectations. Mac remains hands-on in the field, working closely with crews and homeowners to deliver homes with unique, personalized touches.
